2-3 lbs. ribs (I used spare ribs)
1/2 head of cabbage, cut into wedges
1/2 small onion, coarsley chopped
3 pieces of bacon, chopped
1 1/2 cups of apple juice
2 tbs. of apple cider
Steak Seasoning, your favorite (I used Greek Seasoning)
Directions:
Put cabbage wedges in bottom of slow cooker. Fry bacon until crisp, add to slow cooker.Add onion to slow cooker. Sprinkle ribs with seasoning and brown ribs in bacon grease, add to slow cooker. Mix apple juice and apple cider, then pour over all. Cook on low 8-10 hours.
